1. ご購入をいただいた商品を当方が持参をします。
ご購入いただいた商品の現物を確認していただいた上で、商品の引渡を受けることができるので安心です。
万一、商品がお気に召さない場合には、その場でお取引のキャンセルを承ります。
※キャンセル料の10,000円を控除した金額を返金させていただきます。
２．東京駅から概ね５Km圏内ご指定場所にお届け
東京駅から概ね5km以内のご指定の場所（事務所・ご自宅・ホテル・ラウンジなど）に店主が商品を持参させていただきますので、お客様がじっくりとご自分のペースで商品を吟味することができます。
ただし、「商品手渡オプション」をご利用いただいた場合には、お客様による任意の返品（商品受取後８日間有効）は適用除外とさせていただきます。
３．配送料がかかりません
「商品手渡オプション」をご選択いただいた場合には、日本国内の配送料金（含む梱包料）5,000円は不要です。
About Shipping
Our shop delivers products to countries all over the world.
Once your order is confirmed, it will usually be packed and shipped within 5 business days.
・Delivery method: We use a reliable domestic delivery company (e.g. ●●, etc. ).
-Delivery period: Varies depending on the region, but approximately 7 to 14 business days from the time of shipment.
・Shipping costs: These are calculated automatically when you place your order and can be checked on the product purchase screen.
- Packaging: Due to the nature of antique maps, they will be carefully packed to prevent bending and water damage.
Returns Policy
Due to the nature of antique products, we do not generally accept returns or exchanges.
However, we will respond promptly in the following cases:
If you receive a product that is different from the one you ordered, if the product has been damaged during delivery, or if you wish to return or exchange the product, please contact our shop within 5 days of receiving the product.
We will check the situation and inform you of the return method and exchange procedure.
*As many antique items are one-of-a-kind, if we are unable to exchange the item for the same one, we may offer a refund.
